Cancellation/Refund Policies:
- More than 2 weeks prior to departure date: Full refund
- Less than 2 weeks prior to departure: 50% refund
- When a trip is cancelled by Apex due to insufficient bookings, adverse water levels or events beyond our control: Full refund
- When Apex cancels for any of the previously stated reasons it may be forced to cancel as late as the same day of trip departure.
A Special Note on Children:
Children seem to have more fun on our trips than anybody but as water levels change so does our minimum age. Prior to a trip with your kids please call us for current river conditions and age requirements.

What to bring:
- Shorts or a bathing suit

Assumption of Risk:
Rafting is enjoyed by people of all ages with no previous experience. However, certain risks are involved in undertaking a river expedition due to the nature of the sport. Each participant must acknowledge this by reading and signing a liability release form prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to adverse water levels, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. |
